Welcome, Pride Vendors!
Want to set up shop at the biggest pride celebration this city has ever seen? We’d love to have you!
We are vetting vendors and limiting spots based on shop type. So apply early to make sure you get your spot!
Vendor Rules & Requirements
To keep the festival fun, fair, and welcoming for everyone, all vendors are expected to follow the guidelines below. The biggest difference between our vendor rules and some festivals is that we are not allowing mass produced goods. We want to fill this festival with the best Longview’s maker community has to offer! Our preference is that your items are at least 75% handmade. Other than that, keep it clean and see the drop down for specific rules!

General Standards
All items and displays must be appropriate for a general audience (PG-13 or lower).
Vendors must offer primarily handmade goods. At least 75% of items sold must be created by you. Mass-produced items and drop-shipped products are not permitted.
Booth Setup
Each vendor space is a 10’ x 10’ area.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, and any other setup materials needed for their booth.
Payments
While not required, vendors are strongly encouraged to accept multiple forms of payment.
Card readers and digital payment options such as Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App are highly recommended.
Festival Etiquette
No bubbles or bubble machines. Residue can damage or interfere with other artists’ work.
Keep music at a reasonable level. Loud music that disrupts neighboring vendors or scheduled performers is not allowed.
Refund Policy
All vendor space fees are non-refundable for any reason.
We will review your application and get back to you quickly. Once approved, we will send an invoice to pay for your spot, and give instructions for setup.
